Dundas Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy provides counselling and psychotherapy services that are tailored to your unique needs and have been shown to be effective in clinical research. By taking a collaborative approach, we can help you identify the sources of your stress or your problems, and move towards strengthening coping skills and finding successful solutions.

 We specialize in providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). Some of the common issues that come up in counselling are low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger, post-traumatic stress disorder or trauma, relationship problems, stress and grief. Many of our clients are seeking support with the work they do in the public sector such as health care professionals, teachers and first responders.

We are a team of registered social workers and psychotherapists who are skilled in providing mental health support and treatment in the community of Dundas.
